I Believe in Masters of Design – A Little Birdie Told Me

Speak up birdie

We were created and sent to Earth to problem-solve within the matrix of an intelligent life form living in a difficult environment which involves suffering but also great beauty and promise. It is this balance we must recognize in our day-to-day reality. There is an old Chinese proverb that states, “We count our miseries carefully and accept our blessings without much thought.”

Be prepared to be a little bit brave every day. Why? Because if you don’t you’ll grow stagnant. We all have a comfort zone where we feel safe and warm and dry. But every now and then we need to step beyond the call of duty and be challenged, be frightened, be stimulated. It’s this way that we stay young and feel good about ourselves. – I’m listening…

Being stuck is like a big cosmic kick up the backside to wake us up.  This can also be necessary to bring out the best in us through appreciating our struggle as a character development process. It takes a large heart to accept the tight collar. Sometimes we reject the odd irrational events that come down on us. Most times we try to ignore disturbances – until the heart calls our attention to them as possibly important, possibly necessary.  Imagine yourself in uncomfortable dark tunnel where survival depends on using your senses. – Oh dear! That’s some eerily quiet underground stuff….

At this point your intuitive capability is heightened through other senses except sight and as you finally break into the light, your eyes see, wide open, you see more now but it’s more than that.

As a writer, I am aware that a lot of good ideas could go to waste if I don’t communicate. This is why I have listed these 5 suggestions for you to follow as a catalyst to fulfill your life’s mission.

This list is an expression of my personal, and professional life expressed as a guide for those who dare to dream and work hard to see their dream come to fruition.

1. Get on track without loss of enthusiasm

2. Go toward where the seed originates and follow its deepest intentions.

 3. Never give up

Every job, every industry has some ramifications- good and bad. We don’t all have to become mother Theresa to create or add value. Charity, businesses, joint pledges, and the ability to share through resilience and hard work is incredibly dignifying.

4. Put something back

What you’ve been given is nature’s gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to nature. Put a ‘thing’ in your world, community, environment….. This has a ripple effect on the planet’s entire ecosystem.

There remains one last biggie, the one Plato put right in the middle of his myth:

5. Necessity

She who turns the spindle on which are wound the threads of our lives. Necessary to whom? To what? To her, Goddess Necessity. Necessary because necessary? Hardly an answer. We have to speculate.  As they say, “Necessity is the mother of invention.”
